WHAT'S FOR SALE?

Because we are not licensed realtors, we cannot post proprietary information about real estate listings.  The statistics listed below are in the public domain and are provided in order to inform prospective buyers regarding property values in the Suburban Ecovillage Project Area (SEPA) and nearby neighborhoods.

Many homes have recently come on the market! There are also a number that have been on the market for a while, and have been reduced.  With the exception of homes in the core Ecovillage Project Area, we only list properties with lot sizes above 7,000 s.f.  However, many, many other homes, on smaller lots suitable for non-gardeners, are also available in the Project Area.

SELECTING A REALTOR 
Any licensed realtor can assist you in locating, viewing and purchasing property in the Bethel Suburban Ecovillage Project Area.  However, Ben Mondragon, Jr., is the only realtor officially endorsed by the Bethel Suburban Ecovillage Project.  We work closely with him to identify properties of interest within the SEPA and nearby, so that you don't have to sift through hundreds of listings to find them.

If you don't already have a real estate agent, we highly recommend Ben, who helped us buy our place and keeps us apprised of properties that come up for sale in the ecovillage project area. When making our purchase, we had to fire two agents before we found Ben. Some agents are a bit... too laid back! Not answering calls or getting information we asked for. Others are pushy, obnoxious, and seem to place their own agenda above that of their clients.  We found Ben to be knowledgeable, proactive, punctual and a just plain NICE GUY!

Ben specializes in representing buyers only, so always has your best interests at heart.  He has a degree in economics from UO and several years of experience as a realtor.  Ben works in partnership with his father, Ben Mondragon, Sr., who is a principle broker/owner of a major Real Estate firm here in Eugene.  Ben Sr. teaches classes in Sales Negotiation and Real Estate Contracts to other professionals.  These guys really know their stuff!
